Garmin CIRQA breaks away from the traditional silicone straps found on most smartwatches. It uses a stretchy woven nylon band that can be worn on either the wrist or the upper arm. This innovative design provides a comfortable fit for a wide range of users. The device also features a single physical button that allows users to start and stop workouts manually, making it convenient for those who prefer not to use their smartphone.

CIRQA is packed with health tracking features typically found in premium smartwatches. It includes continuous heart rate monitoring, HRV status, body battery, sleep score, sleep coach, health status, stress tracking, respiration tracking, skin temperature, pulse ox, women's health tracking, hydration logging, fitness age, relaxation reminders, and meditation support. These features are available even without a display, making CIRQA a comprehensive wellness and recovery wearable.

Despite the lack of a display, CIRQA offers extensive activity tracking capabilities.
